Providing administrative and web consulting services for multi-org, multi-dimensional arts and education projects. Consulting on strategic vision, programming, website, marketing, and resource development efforts for organizational change, educational offerings, artist residencies, exhibitions, and events.

Led music and film after-school education program with focus on national and international expansion. Oversight of remote staff, reorganized operational systems and platforms, developed programmatic initiatives, resource development, and strategic planning.

Merging two high-profile aromatherapy schools, providing strategic direction on formalization of operations, programs and services, marketing/communications, and website initiatives. Re-launched historic art school and gallery program in dynamic Lower East Side cultural and community center; charged with envisioning, strategizing, and operationalizing all aspects of the school and its two galleries.

Directed award-winning NYC satellite campus and coordinated School’s study away programs in Florence and Paris, bridging the gap between higher education and employers through experiential learning, industry instructors, and market-based curricula.
STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS FELLOW
Project manager for Literacy and Arts Initiative consisting of a $500,000 annual budget, partnering with NYC public schools and local arts agencies. Programming included an artist-in-residence program, citywide essay contest, performing arts culminating event at the Apollo Theater and visual art exhibit at NYU.

Developed, implemented, and managed revenue-driven
K-12 programming for the College, including the month-long pre-college intensive program, Young Artists Workshops and Camp, Portfolio Preparation, and community outreach programs.
PROGRAM MANAGER
Developed and implemented K-12 and professional development re-grant programs in the Chicago Public Schools, City of Chicago programs, and CBOs; according to the terms of funders and in keeping with the goals and objectives of A.R.T.’s mission and strategic plan. Partnered with The Art Institue of Chicago and various local arts institutions.

Solicited new members to the center and cultivated on-site and telephone patrons. In Education, assisted in the supervision of volunteers; located off-site studio space; procured program resources; managed activities schedule and registration database; instructed courses and workshops for children and their families; and curated closing exhibition.

pureMix.net is an online tutorial site providing education and resources from the pros on music recording, production, mixing, and mastering. pureMix is where you get the chance to sit in on mixing sessions with the best mentors in the recording industry and watch how each of them works while hearing every detail that goes into a hit record.
CO-PRODUCER
Organized by the Sculptors Alliance, in 2015, SculptureScape was a summer-long program, on Governor's Island, celebrating the making of the three-dimensional art object. Consisting of exhibitions, multi-session workshops, and an artist residency with installation, SculptureScape aimed to cultivate appreciation and creative expression of sculpture.
